What are the delivery times?

Each canvas is printed on demand especially for you and shipped from Europe. In France, allow 7 to 15 business days between your order and receipt of your canvas (including production and tracked delivery). Internationally, allow up to 20 business days depending on the destination. Delivery is free on orders over €65.

What are your canvases made of?

Our canvases are printed on premium canvas, stretched over a wooden frame, and delivered ready to hang, with a mounting hook already attached to the back. The colors are designed to remain vibrant over time.

Can I customize a canvas?

Yes! We can integrate your face or that of a loved one into most of our works. Write to us on Instagram @afro.wall or at contact@afrowall.fr, specifying the canvas you like and attaching a photo. We will send you a preview to approve before any printing. Personalized canvas starting from €59.

As a personalized canvas is made especially for you, it is not subject to a right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code). It remains, of course, covered in the event of a defect or damage during delivery.

Can I return or exchange a product?

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. Simply contact us to inform us, then return the canvas to us in its original condition; return shipping costs are your responsibility. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the return.

If your canvas arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days with a photo: we will offer you a replacement or a refund, at no extra cost to you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to France and many countries around the world. Costs and delivery times vary depending on your destination and are displayed automatically at checkout.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your canvas is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package in real time.
